Government Minister visits Extremis Technology

On Monday January 30th 2017 Mark Garnier, MP visited Hethel Engineering Centre.

As Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for International Trade he was keen to see the very best in UK engineering and technology .

We were delighted that the Extremis Technology team was asked to spend some time with Mark, providing an opportunity to demonstrate the innovative HuSh folding system and discuss our success as an early stage business executing trade on a global basis.

Following his visit we are pleased to be now working with Mark, establishing a stronger relationship with DFID and their work in the humanitarian sector.

Sebastián Smart, Executive Director, TECHO Charity UK

I’m writing to thank you and your team for all the effort that you have made to develop the Dominican Republic project, from the incredible design of the houses, the fundraising, the coordination with the DR team and the Valientes.

All this incredible work will come true in a couple of weeks. The good thing is that some of the poorest families in Latin America, those that are usually living without electricity, sewage and water, will work alongside Extremis and TECHO volunteers to have a new start, with a new house.

Just wanted to say thanks to all your team. You had been amazing!
